License Grant:

• For Solo License purchasers: The icons can only be used by the individual who has purchased them. Sharing the icons with others, either within the same organization or externally, is strictly prohibited.
• For Team License purchasers: The icons can be used by multiple individuals within the purchasing organization across different projects.

‍Prohibitions:

• Reselling: The icons purchased under both Solo and Team Licenses cannot be resold, redistributed, or transferred to third parties, whether in their original form or any altered state.
• Modifications: While licensees can customize the icons for their projects, they are prohibited from selling or distributing any modified version of the icons.

Intellectual Property:

• All icons are the intellectual property of Popicons. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is a violation of international copyright law.

Termination:

• Popicons reserves the right to terminate or suspend a license if there's a breach of these terms. Upon termination, the licensee must cease all use of the icons and delete all copies.

No Warranty:

• The icon sets are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Popicons will not be liable for any damages or loss incurred in connection with the icons.

Updates and Support:

• Popicons may periodically update the icon sets, but there's no obligation to do so. Any updates will be provided based on the license originally purchased.

Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Germany.
